Haibu Space entered into an agreement with the landlord to manage the transformation of a full 13,000 square foot floor which had been vacant since completion into a Haibu Space location. We managed the entire design and build process over a 4 month period and delivered a turn-key Haibu Space branded project which commenced operations in September 2019.

Within 6 months of commercial operations, the partnership generated revenues for the landlord in excess of 550% above market rents for the building. Within 12 months the project was operating at 95% occupancy.
