Hybrid workspace solutions are for remote workers that require a professional workspace on varying occasions in order to manage meetings, or access our full stack IT infrastructure and video conferencing technology, or just a change of scenery. This includes daily and weekly passes.

Does Haibu Space offer Virtual Offices?

Yes, Haibu Space offers Virtual Offices which also provide Tawtheeq or Ejari depending upon request. This workspace solution comes with a private telephone extension and annual access to our Free Range workspaces.

How do I become a Haibu Space member?

No. Unlike other operators in the UAE, Haibu Space bundles everything into a single monthly fee for a truly all-inclusive experience. And meeting room use is FREE!

How flexible is a Haibu Space membership?

Haibu Space offers membership terms ranging from Daily Passes all the way up to 5 years agreements. In any scenario, your agreement can be cancelled at anytime.

Do Haibu Space workspaces come fully furnished?

Yes, Haibu Space workspaces are fully furnished with desks, chairs, and storage cabinets representing the leading edge in modern office design.

Can I change the size of my office?

Yes, Haibu Space offers highly flexible terms that make it easy to scale space up (or down) as the needs of your business change.

How fast and reliable is the internet at Haibu Space?

All memberships come with enterprise-level wireless and LAN connections, which is provided throughout the Haibu Space full stack network, and every member company is provisioned with a private VLAN subnet upon request. In addition, complimentary guest Wi-Fi is available for visitors.

Are conference room bookings free?

Yes, at Haibu Space, we believe that conference room use is a right, not a paid privilege. Simply book your meeting room in advance using the Haibu Space booking app.
